The Management Group, Inc (TMG) is a unique health and human services organization with 25 years of experience serving individuals and organizations in community based long-term care, self-directed services, managed care, children and family services, and mental health services. We proudly employ a growing multi-disciplinary staff of over 200 human and health professionals with expertise in self-directed services, service delivery and program design, organizational development, policy and regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.

TMG currently operates the IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) Consultant Agency in Wisconsin. We provide support services to over 3000 enrollees state-wide in a Medicaid self-directed services, long-term care option serving elderly and people with physically and developmental disabilities. TMG also provides technical assistance, consultation, and training on best practices in providing high quality community-based services. We currently operate quality management systems for Medicaid long-term care and mental health programs in Wisconsin.

TMG works with a full spectrum of individuals and organizations serving people with chronic conditions, including the elderly, people with physical and developmental disabilities, people with substance abuse issues, children in child protective services, and families involved in multiple human services programs. TMG works with a limited number of governmental, nonprofit, insurance, and provider-based organizations to provide out-sourced staffing options, design self-directed service options, implement quality management systems, and tailor our consultation to meet the needs of each client.
