TouchNet, a Global Payments Company, located in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Senior ERP Administrator to join our ERP integrations team. In this role you will be responsible for operating our various internal ERP systems in a manner similar to that of a college or university to enable our teams to develop and test our software product integrations. Ideal candidates will have prior Workday experience. Experience with Banner, Colleague, or PeopleSoft will also be considered. Experience with finance information systems or student information systems is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the ERP system, becoming a subject matter expert, for the purpose of collaboration with business analysts, product managers and other development engineers in the design and evolution of software solutions that support any and all types of financial and student transactions in higher education.
  • Manage the ERP system. This includes general governance, administration, student information setup, and acting as the first line of support for internal questions, reaching out for support from the ERP provider when needed.
  • Review ERP related release notes and announcements to identify potential impacts to current functionality or opportunities for additional features.
  • Maintain current financial year and student data in the ERP system as needed for development and testing teams.
  • Troubleshoot and triage ERP related issues. Provide Tier III level support in problem resolution.
  • Organize and lead internal training for ERP integrations and concepts.
  • Assist with sales discussions, school assessments, and RFP responses for prospects. Work with implementation and consultancy teams to advise and setup and configuration.
  • Flexibility to work on an Agile development team. This role may require additional responsibilities beyond what is mentioned here.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS required; Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Functional knowledge of Finance and Student core business processes as well as strong systems analysis and support background, having demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve business challenges is required.
  • 4 years prior ERP administration experience
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing in clear concise language. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional manner with an emphasis for service quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years prior ERP administration experience. This role will support our Workday ERP, but experience with Banner, PeopleSoft, Colleague, Anthology, is also helpful.
  • Ability to write database queries in MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle DB.
