As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support global financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for this new Ecolab division, particularly focused on finance oversight, global financial consolidation and management reporting. Responsibilities will also include analytical support related to sales & gross margin reporting, pricing analysis and other cost of goods oversight. You will report to the division Financial Analysis Manager II FP&A and have significant exposure and growth opportunities working with a management team committed to associate development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in execution of monthly financial close / forecasting / reporting related to sales and gross margin
  • Drive annual price plan, sales budgeting processes and analysis
  • Further develop overall FP&A capabilities within the Purolite finance function including management reporting, gross profit analysis, other key financial insights
  • Provide ad hoc financial insights and reporting for division leadership
  • Participate in critical financial modeling and margin optimization workstreams
  • Partner with Ecolab corporate finance to drive critical reporting needs
  • Own sales cube maintenance and downstream power BI reporting development
  • Maintain, drive global product standard cost analysis
  • Support additional P&L and Cap Ex FP&A reporting processes as needed
  • Sponsorship is not available for this position

Base Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar degree
  • 3 years total experience with relevant experience in FP&A and/or Control in a Global organization
  • Willing to work in our King of Prussia office on a hybrid basis (three days in the office, two days remote).
  • Familiarity with financial modeling; inputs and maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage and complete complex tasks
  • Excel in project management
  • Networking skills are a must, with the ability to build and maintain business and cross functional partnerships
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Strong finance system skills (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), EPM, SAP, PowerBI and/or OneStream amongst others)
