• 3-5+ years experience
• High School - Degrees preferred or equivalent
• CompTIA A+ Certification
• CompTIA Net+ Certification
• CompTIA CDIA+ Certification
• Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification or equivalent experience

• Market advocate and technical expert
• Good understanding of solutions portfolio, user level application knowledge, strong knowledge of PP solutions
• Superior working knowledge of color, mono production systems
• Expert knowledge of calibration, and RIP configurations, Fiery, creo
• Excellent verbal and written, mentoring and coaching
• Travel within assigned territory, 50% out of territory work
