Your missions :

Location: Lenexa, KS

Job Summary and Purpose:

The Sales Data Analyst Manager acts as a consultant to develop and update systems to provide analysis, KPIs and/or reporting in partnership with the business. This role is responsible for the sales reporting systems and CRM tools configuration. This position should optimize the capabilities of the reporting systems in accordance with customer needs.

This position works across business units and functions to share best practices and challenge processes to ensure continuous improvements. The Sales Data Analyst Manager will have performance management and coaching responsibilities for the Sales Analytics team including a CRM Manager, BI Analyst, and Data coordinator.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

1. Sales data generation

* Define KPIs to analyse customer and sales data to provide a clear picture of the current business to the Sales and Marketing teams for all business units

* Optimize the use of sales reporting and CRM tools to ensure maximum output so the business has a full understanding of their performance

* Ensure proper data governance for all data dimension needed (Customer, Territories, Product) and is responsible for validating the integrity of the data so that the information this communicated is relevant, impactful and meets customer needs

* Ensure data quality: in time, accurate and reliable, especially for datas provided by external partners (mostly distributors)

2. Sales Reporting Systems and CRM Tool Configuration

* Leads Sales Reporting Systems and CRM tool configuration efforts by understanding internal customer system and reporting needs. Effectively translates the needs to IT configuration teams.

* Works as the system liaison between business unit leaders and IT configuration teams

* Ensure that local Sales Reporting and CRM users are trained and compliant with Ceva's policies

3. Preparing and executing the Sales Plan

* Provide effective and impactful analysis to business units. Challenge the demands of the business units to maximize efficiency of the role.

* Compare the sales data with the business strategy to measure alignment

* Propose and work to create robust dashboards to support Sales & Marketing teams

* Monitor the data in conjunction with the business plan to be able to advise the leaders of a deviation from the plan and propose an adaptation to support the business.

4. Developing & preserving relationships

* Collaborate with the local and global IT teams and business unit leaders. Ensure constant and effective communication to work through challenges and issues and to make sure system and reporting issues are resolved in a timely matter.

* Ensure regular communication with sales reporting and CRM users, especially sales teams, to validate that the tools are effectively working. Proactively seek out feedback on system and reporting configuration to make sure the tools are meeting customer needs.

* Collaborate with sales manager in defining the account segmentation criteria configuration in order to develop or preserve key customer relationships

* Validate the integrity of the data that is uploaded/fed into the CRM tools to enable the sales team to develop better relationships with customers.

5. Manage Requests and Issues / Ensure System Credibility

* Prioritize and challenge internal customer's requests to make sure that the solutions are relevant and useful

* Plays an active role in any change management projects linked to CRM tools

* Act as an integral part of the global sales reporting and CRM community to discuss system improvements and propose solutions

* Ensure credibility of data by creating a high level of checks and balances to provide accurate and valid information that can be trusted by the business. Proactively conducts regular audits and analysis.

* Ensure that issues or needs for improvement are taken into account and solved in relation with global business unit heads and configuration leaders.

6. Reporting

* Produce weekly, monthly reports and make them available for self-service reporting via the sales reporting CRM tools.

* Regularly report to business unit leaders and Zone Director on the activities and actions taken to provide an accurate snap shot of the current business

* Provide analysis based on guidelines given by the business unit leaders and Zone Director

7. Sales Operations and Management Responsibilities

* Ensure sales commission calculations for all business units. Ensures system configuration is in line with reporting needed for commission calculations.

* Provide day-to-day direction to the CRM analytics/operations teams. Management responsibilities include performance management, coaching, feedback, and career development.

* Completes other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education - Bachelor's Degree is required in mathematics, statistics, business administration, economics, finance, or computer science.

Work Experience - 5 to 7 years' experience in sales analytics, business intelligence or CRM projects. Management experience is preferred. Experience with Bi tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau) and Sales force is preferred.

Other (consider certifications, specialized knowledge and/or training, etc.) - Advanced knowledge of CRM configuration is required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to read, speak and understand English. Ability to see and hear.

Working Conditions:

Standard office setting. Ability to work remotely up to two days per week.

Travel Required:

Estimated overnight travel is 5%
