The Listings team is hiring for a Junior Investigative Research Analyst.

The individual will report to the Investigative Research Analyst and will support investigative research initiatives through research, data collection, and due diligence reviews across listing applications as assigned.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct extensive primary and secondary research using a variety of open-source and public records web-based tools
  • Conduct background checks performing due diligence reviews, which includes identifying relevant risks, discrepancies and any pertinent information to assess Insider/Issuer suitability
  • Accurately summarize and maintain collected data of all investigative research and decisions taken
  • Coordinate, assist and monitor administrative functions to ensure completion of work accurately and within established timelines
  • Organizing and filing due diligence findings
  • Updating due diligence templates, as necessary


The ideal candidate has:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Curious with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interest in learning new skills
  • College Diploma or Undergraduate Degree completed or in progress

You'll really stand out with:

  • Paralegal and/or CFE, ACAMS or CFCS certification
  • Previous experience in capital markets and/or law enforcement
  • Previous work experience conducting background checks
